Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use Dropbox to store and share all the important data. Dropbox helps us to collaborate instead of reaching out to each stakeholder for updates or details. It serves as a great repo for all our data. It also helps to declutter system memory as you can have the data as "online only".
Pros
- Helps in creating and organising data that can be referenced in future
- Saves lot of system space
- Has a very nice drag and drop feature which helps in saving lot if time
Cons
- It does not allow simultaneous edits
- Sometimes there will be sync issues which leads to miscommunication within collaborators
- It saves lot of system space which inturn reduced the amount of memory you need in your system
- Easy access of data whenever and whereever required helps in increased productivity
Dropbox help to organise all file types in one single place instead moving it around
