Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
I personally use it for storage with varying levels of access and document reviews - we have PDF documents that need more collaborative reviews, and the comments section on dropbox does just that.
Pros
- Tiered access
- easy UI
Cons
- Comments do not appear in the same place for each person
- Taking people to Google Drive instead of dropbox for comments has caused problems
- speed of collaboration on file comments (mostly for proposals)
I didn't select Dropbox, but I do like how universal it is and how simple the UI is. Brandfolder got really complicated, especially in set up, but Dropbox hasn't behaved similarly
