Best Storage Product Out There!
Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use Dropbox literally all day, everyday. It houses all of our documents. It is basically our life line. We work in construction and have people in two different offices plus on every job and Dropbox makes it so easy to access all of our files anywhere we are. It's easy to update, easy to access, easy to change anything. It's super user friendly also.
Pros
- Organizes
- Syncs
- Holds a lot of files
Cons
- I've heard the mobile version maybe isn't as user friendly as the app but I do not use the mobile so I'm not sure
- Maybe allowing different plans would reach more people as well
- 100% ease of use
- 100% reliable. Can use anywhere and on any device.
- Google Drive and OneDrive
Dropbox seems to work just better overall than the other products out there plus it is what I am used to. Our personal plan for my business is also cheaper than the plans I would quoted for Google Drive and others. It makes organizing everything a breeze and you can find anything with just a click and search.

Dropbox Feature Ratings
Evaluating Dropbox and Competitors
Yes - My company used to use Google Drive but we made the switch to Dropbox. They had more plans available and the prices were better as well. Our sister company still uses Google Drive and I still have access to that as well and even with the little amount I use Google Drive, I still have weird technically issues with it. Someone always seems to have trouble with files not being synced, not everyone is able to view all files, etc...
- Ease of Use
Price honestly. We are a smaller business so if we can find a bang for our buck, we definitely will take it! It was just an added bonus that Dropbox worked so well. It's super important that our field guys can use it too since they need access to some of our job cost reports, material trackers, etc... and a lot of them aren't the best with computers so the fact that they can use Dropbox is a huge win!
