Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We utilize this to be able to upload documents for a third party to assist with some data processing. It is extremely convenient and easy to use. Everyone is notified when changes are made to the files so you can stay up to date and you only share what the other company needs to access. There is no need to give them full access to your entier network.

It is well suited for sharing document and photos without the need to send bulky emails that might otherwise end up in spam or be "too large" to send. You also know if it is there, where with email, you aren't always sure if it got to the intended recipient.
