Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Connect

We use Diapad Connect as our main method of phone communication to clients, vendors and prospects. We use the voip and text messaging features to stay in contact and communicate with our clients to keep them up to date with our products, campaigns, and processes. Also to engage with new prospects.

Dialpad Connect is a great voip option for any business that uses voip. The Ai integration has made a huge impact on the efficiency of day to day business. Particularly the transcripts and the call summaries, which will auto generate in real time or right after you finish a call.
We like the user friendliness of Dialpad Connect over Zoom, as it integrates with our CRM much easier. Also found the Ai portion of Dialpad was far superior in accuracy over Zoom, and the call summaries and transcripts are top notch and an absolute key feature that won us over.

Dialpad Connect is a great phone system which allows us to track our phone calls to all of our customers. The Ai features for both transcripting and summarizing the calls is fantastic. Particularly the summaries, which is great that it gives you detailed to-do lists based on the calls.
