Overall Satisfaction with Demandforce

We use Demandforce for appointment management and electronic patient communication. It is used throughout our entire organization, from our front desk staff to our marketing staff. We use it to securely send automatic appointment reminders, newsletters and text messages to our patients.

Cons

  • Ability to have your newsletters come from a customizable email address
  • More email templates
  • App for iPhone
  • We have fewer missed appointments due to automatic reminders and confirmations. Which means our schedule and daily profits are maximized.
It is extremely appropriate for any appointment based business - specifically spas, dentists, and hair salons.
