I use D & B to determine credit for our new customers.
Pros
- Large data base with most companies listed
- Gives an accurate credit rating
- Easy to read
Cons
- I found everything i needed very easlily
- D & B is still a work in progress for us. We use the credit rating to determine if we extend credit to our customers or not.
- D & B information helps to determine the credit risk of a potential customer allowing for an overall increase in cash flow.
It helps to determine the potential time it takes for that particular customer to clear their debt.
The team can be better informed of risky businesses

No, we did not purchase premium support due to the cost and uncertainty of the use. I have used the support and it seems to be very useful in resolving my issues. I do not feel the need to purchase anything other than the basic support at this time. If i feel the need to in the future i will purchase it then.
When it comes to the billing, we were given the option to pay in installments and the customer support was exceptional in getting this done. She stayed on top of things until we were satisfied with the results. Anytime i had a billing question i was comfortable in reaching out and getting a quick response.
