We use it for tracking, email communication to attendees & speakers, event agenda & resources & countdowns. Our staff has access to everything & love that speakers are responsible for uploading their own information. Custom branding & custom website. We use for our major conference each year. It is easy to use & once you have the hang of it, it's seamless.

No - budget restrictions.
Yes - it was resolved, but the day of the event which was nerve-wracking.
We needed help understanding how we would add an extra layer of our own video feed & our project manager did 2 trial runs with us to ensure it worked properly!
