Overall Satisfaction with Control-M
I am using Control-M for scheduling multiple jobs. It solves many problem like handling jobs according to use case. The Scope of the use case is that it is time saving thus it can be used in production environmment also. The login procedure is also very simple. The main thing about Control-M is that it is user friendly , 1 st time user can also use it . Another production env useful feature is that it will trigger email in case of failure.

Cons
- Enabling job from dummy state to OS state
- Application tour on first login
- Map view of jobs needs to more visible
- This tools saves lot of time once it is configured
- Only one developer can manage the tools , multiple developers not required , thus it is cost effective
- Tools is works perfectly , thus it can be used in production env.
Have not used monday that much.
