Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We used LogMeIn Rescue for a decade. With its price of $130/month, I decided to take a look at what alternatives were available. ConnectWise Control was the best solution to fit our needs. The ability to white label the domain was awesome and assured customers it was only our company that is granted access to their computer.

Pros

  • Easily switches between monitors
  • Super easy instructions for the customer to follow to download the client
  • The price is unbeatable

Cons

  • The static bar on the top of the screen when logged into a customers machine is often in the way. Honestly the only thing I would change is relocate that to the lower right corner of the screen.
  • It is easier for our customers to use and the price is right!
Does everything we used LogMeIn for and its cheaper.
Whenever a customer doesn't understand how to use our software, the easiest way to fix that is to log in and show them.
