Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Teams
Currently, we use it for internal communication between departments and in some cases with users external to our organization.
We also use it to join Webex conferences to which we have been invited or organized either from the computer or to use as a bridge with our Webex board.

So far I have not had any type of failure with the service, so I have a very good impression of the stability of the platform.
We have registered approximately 80 users in the organization. So far it has been very laborious with the adoption part since users who have not had the opportunity to work with similar tools are suddenly confused with the solution and its functions.

Actually, the integration with Webex Meetings and Webex Board was very fast and easy. It took us less than an hour to get it working through the other solutions.
The availability of the tool and the follow-up that is given by Cisco to ensure 100% operation or to solve a problem if it occurs, is very good.
