Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We use it for time/attendance, payroll, and HRIS currently. We will be implementing recruitment and onboarding soon.
Pros
- One system for all our needs. No need for two systems to run payroll.
- Carrier feeds for benefits makes it more efficient to enroll employees.
- Reports can be scheduled.
Cons
- Support is too cumbersome. I would like to be able to email my questions and get it done rather than go through the hoops in creating tickets, logging in and needing to write a comment.
- Too long for some easy fixes to be addressed.
- Need more assistance with Tax services.
- Time saver when it comes to using one system for all our needs.
- No more paper PTO requests.
- Soon we will have onboarding done electronically - save time not needing to meet face to face.
We are able to run various reports to report data to federal and local organizations such as the EEO1.
