- Sometimes getting our HRIS system & Relias Learning Management System to work together can be clunky. We sometimes have to manually add new users versus having them feed over properly from our HRIS platform
- Relias Learning Management System requires an attestation at the end of every training that seems very formal "under penalty of law, I've taken this training". Seems a bit over the top for basic training courses
- Relias Learning Management System defaults to sending excessive email reminders--there are ways to curb this but we've heard from staff that the emails are too frequent

- They would send reminder emails consistently to let us know when we had courses expiring to ensure we got those completed.

- The tracking of training is really difficult. When an employee has completed training, it is really difficult to navigate to find just the completed training. You have to pull up all training the staff is enrolled in to see which ones are completed and which ones aren't.
- If staff is enrolled in two training series and there is the same course that is part of both series, the system doesn't detect duplication training automatically and the staff is required to take the same training twice.
- There are a lot of glitches when completing training and staff members are continuously being kicked out of the training. Additionally, if kicked out, the training does not save staff members have to restart from the beginning.
- It is difficult to get to the support department and to solve issues. They promise the system is going through an update but the pieces of training continue to freeze or not start at all.
- On one occasion, an employee completed the entire RBT series yet some of the courses were still showing as incomplete. We had to re-train and repay the staff for the training in order to generate the completion certificate for the BaCB board. There was no way around it but for the staff to take the 12 hours of training that he had already completed and for the organization to pick up the training cost.
- It is simple to administer. You don't have to be a programmer to add course content, set-up users, add live events, etc.
- Robust array of courses from industry specific to general growth & development.
- RLMS can be accessed from anywhere you have an internet connection, including a mobile device
- RLMS uses SMEs that are up to date and understand the complexity of the materials presented, but create courses and content that is end-user-friendly.
- I really have no feedback for this area. I've not run into anything that is difficult or should be done differently.
Relias works in behavioral health
- Proving mandatory staff trainings such as blood borne pathogens.
- Provides uniform board trainings on HIPAA expectations.
- Provides support to staff who have work deficiencies and may have disciplinary action.

- The more interactive, the better the training tool. I also appreciate more ability to customize the leadership modules to better reflect our agency values.
