Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
Celonis is being used across organizations as a process mining and KPI validation tool. We also drive transformation across various areas to identify automation opportunities & fix the same. It is implemented in P2P, O2C & R2R in GSK. We drive business transformation across GSK. All business problems related to data being pulled from the ERP system can be addressed using Celonis.

- KPI measurement.
- Process deviation.
Cons
- One-stop view of top opportunities along with identification of working capital.
- Identification of Automation opportunities in the first version (basically in built).
- Tools capability allocate owners to actionable outcome in the tool itself.
- Focused outcome.
- Validated process.
- Automation opportunities.
Features are much better & intuitive in Celonis.
I am a black belt & I used to implement & identify opportunities using the Lean VSM workshop which used to take at least 4 to 8 weeks for opportunities to be identified. These opportunities are based on the inputs from SMEs and purely dependent on knowledge level. Celonis helps to mitigate the above scenario and gives the X-ray of the process which is more accurate in nature.
