Celonis is implemented on a global level and is currently used in two ways. On the one hand, it helps within the organization to track our claims handling processes across several areas and on the other hand as [a] reporting tool to be on track around operation KPIs and especially our SLAs. To do so we have created several views for our process stakeholders.
