Overall Satisfaction with Celigo
We use Celigo for multiple integrations: for Amazon to Netsuite, Shopify to Netsuite, 3PL integrations for inventory reconciliation, and item fulfillment and ASNs to Retailer. It is integral to our business and a really great asset for reducing overhead and costs of manual work and labor. Highly recommend this software program!
Pros
- Direct to Consumer integration from Amazon and Shopify into Netsuite
- Seeing errors directly and fixing them
- Integrations with warehouses for shipping and fulfillment
Cons
- Bug fixing; had one of our flows randomly removed and root cause has yet to be determined from their team
- Trusting orders and syncing
- Reducing manual labor for order fulfillment
This is night and day. In my experience, MEC had poor customer support, we had no idea where anything lived and all integrations were hidden. It was impossible for us to find root cause of anything.
