Overall Satisfaction with Celigo
We use Celigo for a ton of stuff. Almost all of the use cases involve Oracle NetSuite. We started with Celigo as integrate Ariba and NetSuite. We now have integrations with Coupa, Service Channel, our Bank, out Credit Cards, etc.
Pros
- Error Management is better than anything you can build on your own
- Celigo makes visibility of your data between platforms very nice
- Broad Capabilities. Anything with an API can be connected.
Cons
- Documentation has gotten better over the years, but could improve.
- Marketing efforts could be greater. Its a terrific product that people should know about
- More webinars could be helpful to show how folks are saving time and money.
- We have doubled our revenue in the past 5 years. My Accounting staff headcount has actually decreased. We are able to process so much with Celigo/NetSuite.
- Nothing gets missed. We use Celigo to pull invoice/order data from NetSuite and send to various customers. I set up the schedules and know those invoices get to the correct place. My A/R balance is 99% current.
- Data accuracy is outstanding. We don't have human order entry errors anymore. I know my customers are getting what they ordered and we are processing their requests correctly.
