Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We use CaptivateIQ on our sales team to keep track of our monthly quota/commission payments.

Pros

  • Details Faire's unique goaling structure and where I hit/missed based on that structure
  • Clearly shows the amount that I will receive in my paycheck based on my monthly attainment

Cons

  • Easier way to chat with managers
  • Payouts
  • Statements
  • Alignment on goals company wide
  • Visibility & trust on payout between individual contributors and managers

I would recommend CaptivateIQ to all sales teams who receive monthly or quarterly based quota pay out. Before CaptivateIQ my team often messed up numbers and we would end up getting paid less than we deserved. CaptivateIQ has solved this issue!
