Overall Satisfaction with CallRail

"Where do inbound phone leads come from?" is a crucial marketing challenge. Callrail is excellent at this.

Pros

  • Records every inbound call online, which can listened to directly from an email on your phone.
  • Before you answer the call it tells you where the call came from.
  • It tracks reporting by channel despite driving all the same calls to one phone.

Cons

  • CallRail did not have the ability to give us a custom number.
  • Tracking inbound calls has made a huge difference in reporting.
They are much easier to use than RingCentral.
CallRail is well-suited for anyone with calls coming in from more than one marketing channel.
