Overall Satisfaction with CallRail
Pros
- Records every inbound call online, which can listened to directly from an email on your phone.
- Before you answer the call it tells you where the call came from.
- It tracks reporting by channel despite driving all the same calls to one phone.
Cons
- CallRail did not have the ability to give us a custom number.
- Tracking inbound calls has made a huge difference in reporting.
