Overall Satisfaction with Calendly
We use Calendly for all of our sales and implementation meetings/demos/onboarding calls, etc. We use it for customers and prospects to be able to book in with many different people at our company and to learn about many different types of products/services that we sell.
- Strong outlook integration.
- Strong salesforce integration
- Great email and text reminders for meetings
- Easy ability to update avaliability and all settings
- Strong dashboard and reporting
- It could be better with routing to certain people based on rules set/criteria based on data in salesforce
- It sometimes doesn’t equal out for round Robin meetings based on equal distribution- more demos getting booked in with certain reps for some reason.
- It would be really nice if you could change the type of meeting that is already booked to a different event type within the dashboard instead of having to cancel and reschedule that meeting
- It drastically helps decrease our no show rate
- Gives us a good idea for forecasting by seeing future meetings booked
- Saves us tons of time by allowing the client to cancel / reschedule and book on their own.
Calendly seems the most easy to use and has all or most of the functionality that we need. We were looking to use other tools that we already pay for that have meeting functionality, but they didn’t have automated text and email reminders or some can’t allow clients to cancel or reschedule meetings on their own
