Bronto - A great middle of the road platform for those not ready for Salesforce
Overall Satisfaction with Bronto Marketing Platform
I used the Bronto Marketing Platform for email marketing when I was working at Vega and Cymax. They provide great onboarding support and get you up and running in a blink of an eye. They have a fantastic team of strategists ready to help you grow your email program and meet your goals. We used the platform in connection with Magento and Netsuite. Their API can be a bit funky at times but overall the software was intuitive, easy to learn and use and their software very reliable. Great customer service as well.

Bronto has much better suited personalized customer support. You work with your account manager who helps you get up and running, and then (optional) you can book time with a strategist that will go over your program goals and help you figure out what tasks to tackle first to build your program in a positive way. I found this really helpful when we were starting up.
