Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We use Broadvoice at Earthwatch for all our telecommunication. For all phone calls coming in from our volunteers and partners to calls within the organization. It works great for remote-working employees as well.

I prefer Broadvoice to other PBX systems because this one gives users a lot more details and permissions.
