Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

Amazing Customer Service. They are on it in seconds to help out. I have never had a bad experience with Broadvoice, and I highly recommend it.

Pros

  • Being put on hold less than a minute
  • Getting to the root of the problems, amazing within minutes
  • Help and customer service is great

Cons

  • Well there is a problem with the connection at times.
  • I would like to add all of my outside service people on but I can't because they need to have a phone line and extension added. I would like to have all of our staff have access through their cell phones so that if we get a message we can send it quickly to their cell phone.
  • Service is great!
  • Reps that handle issues are very professional!
  • When you call they really go out of there way to correct a issue.

Using Broadvoice

8 - Managers and Customer Service
  • Call forwarding.
  • Easy to operate.
  • Can investigate all reports to really see if the In and out calls are being handled by all employees!
  • Being able to go back to any of the calls and listen to the entire phone call.
  • When COVID was on is, we were all able to use Broadvoice with no issues from our homes.
  • As we grow we will be able to easily expand with the excellent installation.

A tornado happened in the area where our office, I called and had the phones transferred to my cell phone within minutes and we were able not to lose too many calls!
No we are not ready for that at this time.
3 or 4 times since we purchased the product! We have had Broadvoice for 6 years!

Using Broadvoice

If our office has an issue, we call and we get the optimum service and the issue is solved and if they can’t solve they go to the next level of experts which only happened once.
