Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
Broadvoice is used for our phone system. It is great for when we need to leave the office and can have the phones transferred to a cell phone or answering machine. I love it tells me when we missed a call and they did not leave a message because I can call them back and still make contact with possible customers.

Cons
- Nothing I can think of
- Voicemail and transcript of the voicemail
- Playback feature of phone calls
- We have definitely received a great product/service for our money.
- Provides a way to review calls and see what could have been done better.
Pricing and technology was much better and I feel that the customer service was better with Broadvoice.
