- In my experience, the system is completely buggy
- Most of their systems are not their own and utilize 3rd parties
- In our experience, onboarding was a complete nightmare as an agency
- In my opinion, customer support was terrible and we often dealt with several people to get issues resolved.
- I think Birdeye hurt our reputation with our clients
- In our experience, Birdeye often had no answer for the system issues
- Our clients got very frustrated using some of the tools, like SMS
