Overall Satisfaction with Birdeye

We used it for our agency clients to solve day-to-day needs, from reputation management to local listings.

Pros

Cons

  • In my experience, the system is completely buggy
  • Most of their systems are not their own and utilize 3rd parties
  • In our experience, onboarding was a complete nightmare as an agency
  • In my opinion, customer support was terrible and we often dealt with several people to get issues resolved.
  • I think Birdeye hurt our reputation with our clients
  • In our experience, Birdeye often had no answer for the system issues
  • Our clients got very frustrated using some of the tools, like SMS
In my opinion, Birdeye cannot be compared to RepuGen as their system is their own built from the ground up. Birdeye uses 3rd party tools to put out sub-par products.

I think, as a single business entity, Birdeye could be okay but there are a lot of other options out there so I would do a lot more homework before choosing Birdeye.
