As a small business owner, this is exactly what I was looking for:

- it is well priced
- it is easy to use once you get used to it.
- and it does everything I need it to do.

I would highly recommend Bigin by Zoho CRM to anyone needing a simple but powerful CRM.

It's a great tool to standardise sale processes. It is also fantastic to follow up our clients progress in our sales funnel.
It helps us moving our clients through our sales processes smoothly with he use of automation.
It basically keeps us organise and keeps our enquiries and sales on track
