Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Aura

This is the core of my telephone needs.

Pros

  • Integrated products bring all of your platforms to one place.

Cons

  • Centralized reporting needs to be there.
  • Centralized administration is not all there.
  • Reliability.
  • Having a lot of flexibility.
  • Helps with agent productivity.
I like Avaya a lot better with the feature set and integration.
