Overall Satisfaction with Avalara
We subscribe to the basic membership for TTR sales and use tax research. Routinely, the company needs to research the taxability of a product it sells. The research entails determining the taxability across all the States. TTR provides concise results and resolutions on how the States handle and tax the product. It is easy to see the determination across all States.
Pros
- Tax Charts are good.
- Tax Charts have embedded hyperlinks for explanations.
- Graphics and pictures for the product are great.
Cons
- Providing capacity to export charts in the basic subscription,
- Live support is helpful when a question arises and you do not have time to send an email and wait 24 hours for a response.
