We use Atera in our organization for to solve many of our IT requirements like performance reports, device monitoring, Help Desk tool for IT assistance (so we can stop using any other products for remote control) and we also use Atera for Network monitoring procedures, It easily interacts with the tools we already have, which saves me time and hassle. Patching and reporting are two automatic tasks that I use frequently to optimize and make easier our business case. Technical problems are resolved easily and faster than ever.
