Overall Satisfaction with Ascentis HR
HR has allowed the employer and the employees track attendance. We store all our personnel information within the program. It is user friendly for staff but the admin component is not webbased, Citrix based

- Employer interface is Citrix based and extremely cumbersome
- Employer portal is not web-based
- There is no app for it
- Time and attendance could be more flexible in scheduling

It is the most economical product

Yes - There were many issues logging into the admin section via a citrix session, they finally go me connected but it did take some time to resolve.
