Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use Articulate 360 to build interactive e-learning courses that training and development managers can easily roll out to their teams. The platform's flexibility lets us move from concept to course very quickly, and updating content is also easy....so we're able to keep our materials up-to-date. Also, the review tools make it easy to gather feedback and fine-tune the courses quickly before launching.

Pros

  • User-friendly interface
  • Templates to help with course creation
  • Interactivity for end-users

Cons

  • Smoother mobile experience
  • More flexible pricing options
  • More moderators/updated info in resource section
  • Faster course development
  • Broader course portfolio
  • Good ROI
Some programs, like Storyline 360, require more experience, but that's counterbalanced by Rise 360 with its templates and drag-and-drop features.
The real strength of Articulate 360 is in creating interactive e-learning content, e.g., quizzes, simulations, and multimedia-rich courses. Other platforms are more oriented to marketing, hosting, delivery, etc. (sales) whereas we needed something that would create courses that meet the design standards and instructional specifications of corporate training departments.

Rise 360, which is part of Articulate 360 suite, has everything you need to develop a course quickly with minimal design expertise. Its drag-and-drop functionality is easy to use and creates incredibly polished (and powerful) courses. We rely on it for all our course creation.
