Overall Satisfaction with Airtable

We are currently using Airtable to manage our Radio Woodstock Cares foundations project and our live events/concerts marketing. Airtable allows us to keep everything in the same place and be really organized. It is a great tool to collaborate with our co-workers and stay on top of tasks that need to be done.

Pros

  • Manage Calendars
  • Keep our to do list up to date
  • Great way to keep graphics

Cons

  • More calendar features
  • More color coded functions
  • More ways to collaborate
  • Not sure yet as we have been using it for a limited amount of time
Airtable is very well suited for our small organization and keeps everyone organized. It also allows us to work with other organization and send them specific information. Airtable is also a great tool that allows us to visualize our upcoming project.

The only thing I would like is being able to do is archive past events.
