Marketo Engage Review
Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage
Adobe Marketo is our marketing data source of truth. It's where all of our engagement lives, where all of our email programs are created. It's where all of our leads from our different campaign sources flow into and it sends that data up through our CR
Pros
- It keeps all of our very important lead data in one place. It's very flexible, allows us to do a lot of different things around list building and segmentation. It deploys our email campaigns for us and it's also where our landing pages are built. So it does a lot of the things that we need to do from a data and deployment perspective.
Cons
- User interface user experience could be better. Not a very user friendly product.
- Lead conversion. I'm not totally familiar with what we had in the past before we stood up Adobe Marketo, but from what I've been told this is a lot more organized. It helps us actually do the job of demand gen much better than it did before.
We mostly use this for email marketing. We are looking at doing some webinar stuff through the platform. Our number one goal is to drive more sales qualified appointments from marketing sources. And so I would say that we depend, we lean on Adobe Marketo very heavily for that. That is our number one goal. That and greater share of revenue.
