Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage

AWS Analyst Relations (AR) currently uses Marketo to build custom landing pages, build out emails, and track content usage. Marketo allows us to build content without having to know HTML. The UI/UX is user friendly.

Pros

  • Report generation.
  • WYSIWYG editor is built with a customer in mind.

Cons

  • There is a steep learning curve for new users. It would be nice to have a Marketo chat bot to help assist builders with questions.
