We use Marketo for lead scoring, nurture campaigns, announcement emails, website upkeep (forms, landing pages) webinar registration and updates, and as our overall marketing database. It is vital to our business success.
Pros
- Lead scoring. we are able to track and transfer qualified leads to our CRM
- Nurture campaigns. We are able to set up campaigns that market specifically to our unique vertices.
- Forms and landing pages. We need to be able to ensure privacy, and Marketo allows that.
Cons
- Duplicate leads take up too much space and we cannot delete them
- Unsubscribes take up our database but many are customers so can't be deleted. We haven't gotten support on that
- We NEED team ownership of leads. Our CRM allows it
