Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica to keep track of the acquisition, selling, stocking, and financials for selling thousands of skus worth of products.

Pros

  • Fast load times
  • Easy to build reports
  • Smart UI

Cons

  • Faster upload times for large imports
  • Better community resources
  • Ability to change VARs more easily
  • Increased # of businesses we've had by 2 in past year
  • Sales increased for our smaller businesses since moving to Acumatica
  • Negative - Increased complexity of managing system with so many integrations needed.

Able to track and assist our customers through going deeper into the data. Able to keep track of status of orders, able to stock more appropriately to keep up with changing trends in demand.
We are straight up warehouse distribution, selling parts with nearly a million different SKUs. Acumatica allows us to utilize the distribution model to support all parts of the business from procurement through invoicing.
Acumatica has been integral a in being our core erp. However, we do need to lean on these types of integrations and customizations in order to better serve our customers.

Would you buy Acumatica again?

Yes

Ability to train new users on the system is helpful. It's intuitive, so they know where to click and the workflow. Sometimes it is challenging for us due to the amount of customizations we need, including a cross reference for matching our sku parts. I do wish there was an easier built in solution rather than relying on more and more customizations, which make each update harder to test and implement.
