Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica for our Accounting, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, CRM, and as the primary source for all our integrations and data. Acumatica is a great solution because it can do everything we need, minimizing the need for multiple solutions to solve our business problems. It enables us to receive quotes and orders, manufacture items, fulfill the orders, all within a single unified solution, and report on all of this data too.
Pros
- Integrates well with online order sources
- reports well on all information within Acumatica
- has a lot of automations in the workflow to reduce manual work
Cons
- Some screens are not easily customizable, and it would be nice for more ability to customize them natively.
- WMS and mobile app for WMS could be simpler and process could flow better
- The manufacturing module could use some of the features that the orders section has (easy ability to fix/reverse transactions and such)
- Its reduced time across all departments for performing tasks
- better data for management to make decisions with

It has made it easier to find customer data, and to find customer orders, and support the customer when they call. It's unified their data in a better way than before.
It meets our manufacturing needs, enabling us to issue materials, receive production orders, and distribute our goods.

Using Acumatica
30 - Management, Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, Production, Warehousing, and Purchasing. Our entire organization uses Acumatica, which helps us keep all our information in one place and keeps everything integrated and shared really well. It has helped knock down the silos that used to exist in our organization and helps everyone work together more efficiently.
We do not have a full time internal person supporting Acumatica. It is easy to use and after setup requires very little maintenance and support. We have two super users who also are “administrators” and can help look into problems when they arise and help streamline processes, and we have a VAR to escalate major problems to, but those aren’t occurring in any frequency requiring a full time employee to support.
