Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
It is used for activity tracking as well as employee performance coaching. It has allowed us to obtain quality data about our workforce. The program has enabled us to address any glaring issues while also commending employees on extraordinary work efforts.

Gave us a better idea of how people are spending time on their computers. Gives us real time log in and log out activities. Helps identify when users are working in office vs remotely.
It has helped us identify workers who are putting in too much time as well as those that are underproducing.
