Pros
- All of the features are really user-friendly, and the Act-On University knowledge base is absolutely fantastic. That, combined with regular meetings with our Customer Success Manager (Matthew Paddick is a star!), means any problems or confusions with the software can be quickly overcome.
- Email reports available in an instant.
- Integration and two-way connection with Salesforce.
Cons
- Sometimes the site runs really slowly and it can be a bit frustrating, say if you're trying to send out a quick email to a few contacts.
- Sales and Marketing user screens are quite different, so being the only marketing user in my company it can be quite difficult to get points across to the sales users.
- Increased awareness in our prospect base
- Better deliverablility of our emails
- Better lead nurturing activity
