Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

We utilize 8X8 across our organization in several countries. It enables us to communicate effectively at a very low price point. We implemented the contact center for Security Services early on prior to COVID so all of our staff working to support our customers and products were safely at their home offices.

Pros

  • Connects all agents and call center environment in multiple countries
  • Create Multiple work & Holiday schedules

Cons

  • Onboarding training could have been better
  • Menus need improvement, they are not intuitive
  • Admin interface is like stickman
  • Saved communication expenses
  • Better service for less money
  • Happier users

This is the third cloud system that I have implemented and is by far the easiest and best to use. The global presence and capabilities have improved communications with our customers tenfold. The staff is very pleased as they are no longer tied to their desk phones and can speak to folks while in any room or traveling outside [the office].
