Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series

We use 8x8 to handle all of our business phone call traffic, texts and internal messaging

  • Internal transfers
  • records calls
  • App is easy to use

Cons

  • Caller ID features on App
  • we save money on our phone bill
  • we now have text messaging ability
  • internal messaging
