What is Zoho Survey?

Zoho Survey is a cloud-based survey and questionnaire creation software for businesses of all sizes, used for data collection and experience management. Use cases are to improve customer experiences, engage employees, or to conduct market research. It features 300+ customizable templates, 25+ question types, and a drag-and-drop builder.

With features like skip logic, piping, and scoring users can personalise and refine surveys. White-labeling options, customizable themes, and the ability to add a logo provide customization. The tool offers multilingual support.

Zoho Survey offers distribution options like email, social media, QR codes, embedded links, or offline surveys. Its advanced reporting tools, including cross-tab analysis, trend reports, and sentiment analysis, provide insights to support decisions.

Integrations with Zoho’s suite of apps, Salesforce, Google Sheets, and other third-party tools keep data connected across the enterprise ecosystem. Zoho Survey is everything you need in a survey platform. If you already have the Zoho One suite, it makes a complete replacement for Survey Monkey. I don't think anyone would need this app on a standalone basis, however, mainly because Zoho has a full suite of other apps you should be using on top of Survey.

Like all Zoho products, if you are using Zoho CRM than I would highly recommend Zoho Survey. The insights you can get out of staying only in one program (Zoho CRM) is so powerful for users. While it takes an admin or marketing person to configure the surveys in Zoho Survey, users within Zoho CRM never have to actually go to Zoho Survey to see responses as they are available right in front of them in the CRM. If you are looking for a stand alone survey app, Zoho Survey will meet your needs. It has all the functionality one could need to build a basic, intuitive survey. If you're looking for a survey to be very aesthetically pleasing with graphics or custom themes or the like, there may be better options.

It is a very flexible tool that we can use in almost all scenarios, for example if we want to value our product through a survey, this tool is the best way to create, share and analyze the surveys. I think that due to its great capabilities it can be adaptable to any scenario. We can use it on mobile devices and it has an option that allows us to work offline.

For surveys where the response numbers are expected to be less than 150 and where the question numbers are less than 15 the free version of Zoho Survey is really good. It has a great range of features and is adaptable enough to make it work in ways that would have to be paid for in other applications.
