Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have used WorkHub Connect as the communication and video conferencing tool to communicate with each other internally. It has almost all the necessary features like screen sharing, recording, messages, threads, file sharing, etc. to meet every employee's requirements. When we were working remotely, we got a sense of collaborative and engaged working environment.

Pros

Team wall - shows the headshots of every user online
Single click calling
Swift video calls and screen sharing
Widget based external communication

Cons

We should be able to send voice notes over chats.
It is not a fully matured tool, so there are very frequent updates.

Likelihood to Recommend

WorkHub Connect gives an excellent experience to communicate with your co workers. Its design is quite different from other such products but I like it (others may disagree with me). In my personal opinion, its thread section should be improved. Users usually get lost when they click on the thread and the screen becomes abruptly zoomed in. But it is not a permanent thing.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

WorkHub Connect is a robust video conferencing tool that helps remote teams solve communication and collaboration issues. It captures and displays live headshots of teammates at regular intervals on a team wall to provide a realistic experience of how your team performs remotely. Any two active team members on the application can easily connect while working remotely from their homes, making it simple to collaborate and communicate.

Pros

Ability to create a separate channel and groups and only communicate with people who are relevant to you.
Using the @ notation, you can tag people in messages and reply to a message thread.
To notify only specific people who have joined the channel, use annotations such as @all, @channel, or any customized form.

Cons

Voice recording option must be available in the chat room.
We are not able to check if the other person has read the message or not.
Option to integrate with other social media apps.

Likelihood to Recommend

We have been using WorkHub Connect for a while, which is excellent. We can stay in touch with our coworkers using a single platform. I can make an instant call or text anyone from the channel. Thanks to the valuable features and easy use of the software, it is very user-friendly.
