Within our organisation, we use Sprinklr as a full-service social platform, from asset management to publishing, and then social listening and reporting on our own content. The platform supports our global operation and allows us to sync these teams so everyone has access to the relevant assets, but then can also report on the performance on these assets through a bank of centralised reports, while Modern Research allows us to hear what's being discussed outside the organisation, so we can act on and understand our audience in real-time.

  • Dashboard creation through custom widgets.
Cons
  • Speed & addition of new platforms.
  • Image recognition.
  • Managing keywords/lists can be clunky at times.
Sprinklr Modern Research offers us a good amount of coverage when we want to search for our chosen keywords or brand mentions across the wider social & news landscape. Certain platforms are of course harder to track than others, while others offer a huge amount of opportunity and Sprinklr does a fantastic job of visualising this. We find that image recognition is one area where there is room for improvement.

We use Sprinklr to know patient needs, patient challenges and expectations from the pharma companies. We try to address all the concerns of the patients through our research. Marketing challenges, campaign research, and brand visibility are measured on a regular basis to know how we stand in the pharma space.

Sprinklr is ideal for contemporary research, social listening, location-based listening, and benchmarking. It does an excellent job of generating insights from which analysts may make speedy decisions. Its superb widgets and built-in features substantially assist in discovering the company's pain areas. Overall it's the best tool to know anything and everything related to social media.

Using it to pull reports and provide insights on the social sentiment from the audience of our brand's social experience and from there add valuable insights to the business owners on what the community wants and best practice advice for marketing and advertisement. These monthly reports are the foundation to understand customer behavior, references and service experience as well as getting more insights from the sentiment of our customers.
  • Advances language recognition apart from English only.
  • Insightful social listening from your community.
  • Great benchmark reporting with the feature to also compare your company to industry competitors.
Cons
  • Integrate customer satisfaction survey.
  • Auto reporting and alert on set topic groups (when a threshold of a certain mention is reached, provide insights on WHY it is increasing).
  • Add AI support for response templates for agents.
Very good to merge your social media channels and moderate and engage from one platform. Also to pull and provide robust reporting with great visualization. Also helps to get a better understanding of the best times and channels and topics for advertisement, also to identify niche topics and benchmark competitors. Less suited for pure number/ case and KPI reporting and analyses.

It's being used by multiple parts of the business, multiple different teams, around 20 users overall.

It solves a number of business problems, predominantly around us organizing our social media better - pushing out campaigns, measuring performance, etc. We are just starting to move into areas where we can also use it to listen to social chatter.

Different departments are using different packages and elements of the product - which is great, but also a challenge because not everyone is aware of the full capabilities.
  • Easy to use - clear interface.
  • Reliable, fast.
  • Clear and easy to understand metrics.
Cons
  • Social listening has been expensive and hard to implement up until now.
  • Customer service patchy - different levels of support for different teams.
  • Reporting can be complicated to set up.
Scheduling it is fantastic for. Has made a big difference across multiple departments and made things run much more smoothly. Their social listening capabilities look impressive, but we have yet to fully test them. Their sales approach can be pushy, which makes me less likely to recommend, and their customer service can be great or just middling, depending on how valuable the sales team consider that particular user.

We're using modern research to better understand conversations about our brand and identify UGC using our software. The social listening tool is also deeply interconnected with modern engagement which facilitates the moderation activities we have in place.

Cons
  • Mentions could be better visualized in dedicated widgets that are more adapted to reading a large amounts of mentions
  • Integration of premium news sources
  • Better display of authors of mentions with more information
Sprinklr Modern Research is a great tool to identify what's being said about any topic or your brand. The only problem for B2B companies is that LinkedIn can't be monitored as there's no API available today (but it's not specific to Sprinklr). I would say that the data visualization capabilities are very strong compared to other solutions I've tested.
