Use Cases and Deployment Scope

SALESmanago is a tool I use on a daily basis, serving clients (mainly e-commerce) from various industries. The main problems we manage to solve are usually: lack of effective recovery of abandoned carts, lack of database segmentation, and poor personalization of communication. Thanks to SALESmanago, we usually solve all three of these main problems in a very short time.

  • Possibility to create advanced, multichannel marketing automation scenarios.
  • Possibility to combine behavioral, purchasing and declarative segmentation of database.
  • Very good documentation that makes API integration easy.

Cons

  • Pop-up wizards needs to be updated.
  • Number of fields (20), and field limit (255 characters) in external events.
  • Workflow analysis is not detailed enough if you have more than one email in scenario.
  • Sending data from SALESmanago directly to Looker Studio should be easier.

I use SalesManago on a daily basis, primarily for marketing emails, customer support via live chat, lead gathering and nurturing, and minor website personalizations with pop-ups and web notifications.I find SalesManago to be a good and reliable tool with a flat learning curve.

The email builder is simple to use, with a good analytics panel. Pre-made templates can be found for free or at a certain cost, and HTML templates can be imported.

The live chat tool allows instant communication with customers. If the customer is no longer online, it is possible to communicate with them via their personal contact info from their account.

SalesManago also offers its customers the possibility to use pop-ups and notifications on the website. I'd like the pop-ups to be a bit more customizable, but apart from that, they work fine. Pop-ups can be scheduled on specific days, webpages, user groups, or actions on the website.

I found the support team to be fast and always available for any questions I had. When starting to use SalesManago, I received an in-depth introduction to all the tools and services available to me. We now have a monthly meeting with the support team for any kind of request.I found the support team to be fast and always avalaible for any question I had.

We use this tool to build customer journeys in marketing, to increase sales and users. I am very happy with it, the support knows how to help and make you improve, not only in the use of the tool but also in performance. thanks to SM I was able to build entire databases going from 1 user to 4 thousand

I work for an agency and I've been helping my customers with SALESmanago since 2016. I think SALESmanago is a very good solutions for ecommerces who want to scale and maximize their results. SALESmanago with his CDP allow you to know better your customers and with automations helps you to reach the right person at the right time.

Pros

  • Segmentation - you can segment people in many ways (e.g using tags, rfm matrices, sales funnels, dynamic segments).
  • Automation flows - using workflows, automation rules, and website automations you can automatically do marketing actions after a trigger and in specific conditions. You have a lot of events, conditions and actions
  • Product Recommendations - this tool allow you to recommend products on your website. Maybe it's not quick to prepare it but the results at the end are awesome
  • RFM Segmentation - this is a great tool to segment and reach people according to their RFM profile

Cons

  • Lead Generation Tools - SALESmanago has a lot of lead generation tools such has forms, popups, landing pages - but I think it can be improved this area
  • Reporting - comparing it with some other tool in this market I think this area could be improved with maybe custom reports
  • Recommendation Frames - I put the same area I put on "advantage" because I think that the builder could be improved a lot - it's a very good tool, maybe the one that give you the most important results but to do it you have ask SALESmanago for custom implementation.
