First Review.
- Positive - less time and with less difficulty.
- Positive - Distributed workflows.
Won't start workflows when date field is populated
- Negative return on investment. We spent many hours on training only to find out it won't do what we need
- Engineering unable to meet our needs
- Workarounds require a lot of extra work for our team
Best product for Workflows and Forms design
- Our system can't service without Nintex
Nintex Process Platform with easy usability, good for small workflows.
- Positive Impact on average speed of business processes
- Negative impact with its additional costs for each process in the cloud, so you don't like to create many processes in the cloud
- A good solution to get familiar with workflows, but there are some more workflow tools in the market which are specialized on different tools. So there is not the single great solution to do all the workflows in one tool
Workflows are great
- Easy to use no code
- Migrations are pretty straight forward
- Security and permissions are easily managed
