Livestorm to teach clients

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

With Livestorm, we are able to teach our clients on a larger scale. We teach weekly webinars to our current clients on various topics and host monthly webinars with other companies in the legal industry. We also use past recordings to train our new staff and include them to our Help Center.

Pros

The option to automate emails before and after the webinar
The ability to invite a co-host that's not a subscriber
Adding more sessions to a pre-existing webinar is very easy
The registration pages are very clean
Duplicating an existing webinar is quite seamless.

Cons

Getting a webinar started is not super intuitive.
The ability to switch which screen you're sharing without stopping the screen share.
No longer hosting the recorded webinars.

Likelihood to Recommend

Livestorm is well suited to use when you need to reach a group of more than ten people. It wouldn't be a good solution if you wanted interaction from the audience in more than the form of chat.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My organization uses Livestorm on a biweekly basis to give industry relevant webinars. These events are part of our marketing strategy and have really come in handy when meeting face to face is difficult. These events are an excellent way to build a relationship with clients and leads. They also give us a platform to showcase our expertise.

Pros

Very intuitive to use and easy to customize.
Excellent customer service.
Lots of good data for analytics.
Participants do not need to download anything.
Feedback and recommendations are acted on.
Easy to logistical information on registrants and attendees.
Supports integrations.

Cons

Livestorm has addressed all the recommendations I have made to them to date! They love feedback and follow through quickly.

Likelihood to Recommend

Livestorm is perfect for hosting webinar events, tradeshows, town halls, etc... There is a limited number of people that can go on stage at one time but this has never been an issue. Also in these kind of events you do not really need to see your audience video. They have another option they offer for meetings (Meet) which is better suited for those scenarios.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for webinars on a weekly basis to host weekly "deminars," monthly product demos, and thought-leadership webinars with clients and partners. Our product team also occasionally uses it to communicate the product roadmap, but it's mostly used by the marketing team. It's the best webinar solution we've used so far.

Pros

Easy to set up landing pages. Landing pages have great design and allow users to select which session they want to attend (if it's a recurring webinar)
The analytics is great and allows you to export everything, even all the info they enrich with Clearbit
The webinar room is super intuitive and I always feel like I have full control

Cons

It would be helpful to have higher quality replays

Great for every tech marketer. Full features for all plans and very affordable.
