Khoros Communities has had a direct impact on the training and learning about our services that really matter to our clients. With the use of tools like analytics, content management, moderation response, and rapid answers, we are able to better manage and enhance community operations as our business expands. It would, however, provide more insight for certain things and delve a bit farther into certain of its statistics.

I think that the product has helped our customer engagement and satisfaction metrics by letting us know what the consumer wants. The ease of polls and analytics has helped us dig deeper into certain areas in which response was greater.

While we limited the amount of information that our target audience could access in regards to the insights we received on Khoros Communities, it has acted as one of the central hubs for our internal members. The discussions with the different members of our audience have provided our team with valuable information into how users were interacting with our games and what they expected to see in the future, or disliked. This gave our audience a central role in the direction the development took, as it should always be.

Based on keyword searches used in our forums, we can extrapolate that data to what a customer may be using on a search engine. We can then determine what a customer sees when they search for a topic and if the content is the correct item to show them. This provides a level of feedback that might be overlooked, otherwise. We then have an opportunity to fix an issue that would normally not be apparent.

Khoros Care is great for quick responses on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, which are our three most used platforms. Based on what I have seen, it would be better to have a more in-depth review module that allows for better response capability. Right now, it seems that Khoros Care only allows us a bird's eye view of sentiment and issues, versus handling all responses across various review platforms
