khoros community is well-known community application and widely known by everyone. and earlier we used diffent community products but we were not satisfied with it in terms of features and scalability.later on we move to here.

Khoros Communities Helped Us Level Up Our Stagnant Community
- Discourse, Discord and Reddit for Business
First of all, we would like to stress the fact that one platform is never enough to interact with your audience. The different platforms all have their different strengths. While platforms like Reddit and Discord excel in certain aspects, in the past two years Khoros Communities has stood out with its toolkit, from its analytics to its engaging gamification elements. And yes, gamification elements were present on Reddit, Discord and Discourse as well, but it would be hard to say that they felt rewarding, either for us or for our community. Khoros Communities provided a more sophisticated approach to this feature, one where everyone could feel that their involvement mattered.

Great product for growing communities
Khoros Communities was already in place when I arrived on this job so I didn't select it from other products.
Khoros was a better solution and we had a better commercial proposal.

Khoros Communities - a solution if you're looking to scale
Khoros is an enterprise platform and that was something our company needed. While other softwares have made things easier on the front end, they don't all have the depth and customization of tools that Khoros does, and that is important to us at this point in the game. If you know your community's 5 year vision and it isn't super deep, a simpler platform may work for you, however if you need a tool your company can lean on and build on and make a core component of the company's vision, consider Khoros.
I could not find Salesforce Community in the list.

Satisfied Khoros Customer
Have used a product called plumtree many many years ago. Khoros is miles ahead.
The company was already using this platform when I was hired, so it's what I had to work with. In a previous role, I did explore Khoros Communities as a platform and it was one I really wanted to use, but it's a very expensive platform so I wasn't able to move forward with it.
Back to my current role, again, this is who we already had a contract with.

Khoros was the best use for our needs and other solutions were always missing at least one or more features that were crucial for our use case and the workaround proposed by other platforms weren't simply enough. Most of them have their strong side and it is hard to say, which is the best for all of the users, but for our needs, this was clearly a winner.

I evaluated several different community platforms when Jive-x was being discontinued and ultimately chose Khoros as it had much more customization options compared to the other platforms out there. It also seemed to be the most robust and powerful, had the most features, and had the added bonus of having acquired Jive-x in order to use its features to buoy up the Khoros platform.

Have evaluated with other community products. Khoros provides much more robust options for customization and more feature rich in comparison.
