- Projects that separate talent when you need to quickly get to info.
- Search capabilities keep a history so it's quick to access.
- Allows for communication with the candidate easily.
Cons
- The ability to set interviews.
- The requirement for the applicant during virtual interviews is to add their resume. Not as an option. This wastes our time having them email it to us instead of having it instantly.
- Reminders for candidates.
Best hiring platform out there, but sponsoring can be expensive and candidates aren't always quality

- During posting an open position, don't automatically populate skills/questions(i.e. list dates and times for a phone call).
- Remove the Indeed Assist for candidates.
- I appreciate representatives reaching out, but if I need something I will reach out to them.
